This proposal for a new high rise building on the Hobart waterfront has stirred up the community. The proposal seems to be in conflict with previous Sullivans Cove planning studies.

The painting is a view from The Hobart Domain, looking north to the River Derwent, and the image was released in 2017 by the Glover Society.
